How it works · the full set
Five diagrams. Nothing hidden.
01 · Service path
How Candid8 connects it all.
One route from internet providers to your office, with four stations and three promises underneath.
Every box is a service Candid8 lists on its public site. The route is an illustration, not a live feed.
Text version
- Station 01, business internet: circuits sourced from internet providers, 50 Mbps to 10 GIG as listed.
- Station 02, hardware and licenses: computers, network gear, office equipment, software licensing.
- Station 03, help desk: ticketing and monitoring. Essential and Standard answer 8am to 5pm; Premier answers around the clock.
- Station 04, security and cloud: infrastructure security, cloud, server and DevOps management.
- Below the route: a renewal calendar (sample), one phone and one email (live), and a ticket status page (roadmap, not built).
02 · Lead to customer
From first contact to an approved order.
Nine steps. Your approval sits in the middle, before anything is ordered.
Steps 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9 are drafted by role agents in the sample HQ and checked by a person. Nothing is sent or ordered without a yes.
Text version
- 1 Lead arrives by call, email or form.
- 2 A role agent drafts a qualification summary; a person checks it.
- 3 A work order is drafted.
- 4 A quote is drafted from your bill or vendor prices.
- 5 You approve the quote. Rule: we quote it, you approve it, then we order it.
- 6 Candid8 orders and sets up.
- 7 The help desk starts on your plan hours.
- 8 Every date goes on the renewal register.
- 9 A reminder is drafted before each date; a renewal quote returns to step 4.
03 · Agent hand-offs
Twelve roles. Draft only.
Evidence you hand over goes in. Drafts wait in the Workqueue. A person says yes. A person acts.
The roles are not production-qualified and run on sample data. They never send, order, pay or deploy on their own.
Text version
- Revenue: Inbound SDR, Outbound SDR, Chief of Staff, CRO.
- Money, risk and delivery: CFO, Legal Sentinel, CTO, Code Agent.
- People and support: Listener, Workload coach, HR, CEO.
- Copy is an alias of Outbound SDR; Research is an alias of Code Agent.
- All twelve roles pass a human approval gate before anything leaves.
04 · System context
What touches what.
People, surfaces, Agent Luci and your own tools.
Read left to right: people reach the surfaces, the surfaces use supplied evidence, your own tools are a planned add-on.
Text version
- Customers visit the public website.
- The Candid8 owner and Agent Luci staff review drafts in HQ.
- Role agents turn supplied evidence into drafts in the HQ Workqueue.
- LuciDash and HQ exchange status through a file feed.
- CRM, ticketing and email connectors are on the roadmap.
05 · Connector map
Planned, not wired.
Eight connector categories, read-only or draft-only.
None of these is connected. Candid8 has not said which tools it uses.

Three labels. Honest ones.
- LiveCandid8 lists it today on its public site.
- SampleShown in the HQ with sample data. Not a real customer.
- RoadmapPlanned. Not wired. No credentials requested.
productionQualified=false). The HQ you can open shows sample data. No connector is wired and no message is sent by any role. The twelve roles
What each output carries.
CEO, CFO, CTO, CRO, Chief of Staff, Inbound SDR, Outbound SDR, HR, Workload coach, Listener, Legal Sentinel, Code Agent.
Each output carries: role, status, deliverable, evidence, adapterReceipt, missingRules, boundary, reviewRequired. A role that lacks a required policy lists it under missingRules and stops after two attempts.
